Responsible for the design and development of interactive online courseware for US Marshals Service online training materials. This courseware is developed as Section 508 and SCORM-compliant content delivery modules deployable on the USMS LMS. The primary technologies employed are Adobe Flash and Adobe Captivate CS6. Samples can be provided upon request.

Specific client engagements include:

US Marshals Service, Distance Learning Branch of Training Division Developed several online courses including: Prison Rape Elimination Act course, Records Management Awareness course, Management and Supervisory Occupational Safety and Health Training, Office of Procurement Small Business Training, and the Office of Procurement Government-Contractor Protocol Training. Additional projects included a Contract Guard Service and Transportation video production project for USMS Prisoner Operations Division. This project involved the directing of two cameramen, operation of a DSLR camera for production stills and operating the video camera in a few of the scenes and post-production work in Adobe Premiere Pro CS6. The technology employed used an Adobe Flash API wrapper that loaded and played course content deployed in Adobe Captivate.

Army Management Staff College/ Softconcept corporate Developed an 8 module online course deployable through the custom built API. Additional projects included the re-design of the SoftConcept website, the SeeNet product website and SeeNet logo re-design and several print design projects.
